Introduction

Ingredients

    1 large Onions, raw
    1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
    1.5 cup sam"s choice organic beef bone broth
    1.25 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato
    1 package (10 oz) yields Okra, frozen, cooked
    1.25 cup Tomato Sauce
    4 tsp Bacon grease
    3 clove Garlic
    1.5 lb Beef chuck
    4 cups Marketside Super Blend (by KHALIDALKALLA)

Tips

I use Jane's Crazy Mixed Up Salt - perfect for almost all things!


Directions

1. Render seasoned (salt blend, garlic powder) beef until cooked medium, set aside
2. Cook thin sliced seasoned (salt blend) bell pepper in 2t bacon grease until well caramelized, set aside
3. Cook thin sliced seasoned (salt blend, red pepper) onion and pressed garlic in 2t bacon grease until lightly caramelized, set aside
4. Cook power blend in remaining pan drippings until just tender
5. Add all cooked items to pot and mix well
6. Add broth, diced tomatoes and tomato sauce to pot. Mix well.
7. Simmer for 30 mins and then season to taste if needed

*Good on Day 1, even better on Day 2 and beyond...
