Ingredients

    8.0 oz Mussels meat (yourself from 2 pounds, precooked)
    0.5 cup Tomato Paste
    1.0 lemon yields Lemon Juice
    1.0 tbsp dried onions
    2.0 dash Salt
    6.0 serving Angel Hair Pasta Ronzoni (2oz. Dry 1Cup Cooked)
    5.0 tbsp Canola Oil

Directions

Boil pasta. In the mean time, heat the mussel meat in a mixture of preferred herbs and spices with lemon juice and oil. Finish with tomato paste. Thin out with additional oil as needed. Toss with the pasta.
