    3 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, regular (11% fat)
    1.5 slice (3/4 oz) American Cheese

    3 small Sweet peppers (bell)

Directions

Mix ingredients.
Add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
