Introduction

Ingredients

    6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .25 cup Spinach, cooked
    2 oz Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Sausage Patty
    .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions

Blend eggs and cream.

Add spinach sausage and parmesan evenly in the silicon mold.

Fill with blended eggs.

Put the plastic top on the mold.

Add 1 cup of water to Instant Pot

Put the mold carefully on a steaming rack in the instant pot.

Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes

Let sit - Natural Release - 5 minutes

Quick Release by opening the steam valve and letting the rest of the steam escape.

When the pin pops down you can open the lid.

Remove from Instant Pot and let cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes and they will pop right out of the mold.
