Ingredients

    1.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    1.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1.0 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    3.0 tbsp Break Free 100% Liquid Egg Whites Kroger
    3.0 cup green giant cauliflower rice
    0.25 tsp No Salt potassium chloride salt substitute
    1.0 tbsp Italian seasoning

Directions

Rice cauliflower and place in med. sized mixing bowl. Add spices and egg. Mix well. Laying 1/2 mixture on a baking sheet, shape as preferred. Baked at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until crisp. ( or toast in a toaster oven for 3 to 5 minutes ) Serving Size: One crust ( Recipe makes 2 )
