Ingredients

    140 grams Chicken Thigh
    400 gram Tomatoes, ALDI diced - 400g tin
    4 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw - cubed
    2 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    0.33 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup Coconut Milk (Lite) (Thai Kitchen)
    3 tbsp Curry Paste, Green, Thai Kitchen (by JESJES)

Directions

gently fry onion and chicken until golden brown. Add tomatoes, potato and curry paste. Bring to boil while stirring. Reduce heat and simmer gently until potatoes are soft. Add cabbage and coconut milk and simmer until cabbage is soft.
