Ingredients

    SIFT TOGETHER:
    1 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour
    112 grams%20 Bobs Red Mill Quinoa flour 1/4 cup (1 cup)
    1/4 tsp salt

    Keep in a container with a tight fitting lid.

    TO MAKE FRITTERS:
    Add 3 large eggs, scrambled
    1 fl oz Water, tap.
    Add chopped veggies or fruit to liquid
    Turn once, or finish under broiler
    Make sure pan is well oiled.

    TO MAKE CREPES:
    Follow directions above, but increase water to thin out batter. Let batter rest a while. Pour out large crepes and flip once. You can add a bit of sweetness to batter.

    FOR PANCAKES:
    Add 1/2 tsp baking soda to 1 cup of basic mix. Whip egg whites separately if you want fluffy pancakes.

Directions

Cook in olive oil or unsalted butter in a heavy pan over medium high heat on stove top. Add nutritional info to your record. Serving Size: Makes 8 servings of 6 pancakes @ 4 inches in diameter.
