Ingredients

1.0 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne
1.0 tsp Salt
1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
500.0 Grams Lamb, variety meats and by-products, mechanically separated
2.0 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon
Directions
Cut the meat into small bite sizes then wash and clean thoroughly
Steam the meat with salt, knorr and onion
Then add water, peppers, peppersoup spices and oil
Cover and leave to boil till meat is soft and tender
Serving Size: 1 cup makes a serving
