Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

6 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
6 pear, small (approx 3 per lb) Pears, fresh
8 tbsp Agave Syrup - Blue Agave
.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Tips

Note: Apples can be substituted for pears. If using other, more watery fruits like plums or mango, just roast the bananas and blend with un-roasted fruits and omit the water.

Directions

Peel and slice fruits. Spread onto two lightly sprayed cookie sheets (lined for easy cleanup). Roast @ 350 for 20 min.

Once fruit has cooled a bit, place all ingredients in blender.

I find that this keeps best if you store in tight-lidded mason jars.
