Introduction

Ingredients

    16 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    3 oz Cream Cheese
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    1 tbsp Butter, salted
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    4 oz pork sausage hot
    1 cup Tomato Sauce
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    4 oz 85% Lean Hamburgers

Tips

can be made with any kind of toppings just saute ingredient first


Directions

preheat oven to 425 degrees
melt 2 cups low moisture mozzarella & 3 tabl. cream cheese in microwave 30 seconds. repeat until fulled melted
let cool slightly add one egg
add 3/4 cup almond flour
place on top of large parchment paper
knead until smooth adding extra almond flour as needed
put ball between two large parchment papers
rolls into round circle until 1/8 thick

brown sausage and hamburger drain put aside on paper towel
saute mushroom, onions put aside on paper towel

10 inch treated coat cast iron skillet with melted butter
use parchment paper and pull dough off one side at a time
carefully fold in half put over pan.
bake 10 minutes in oven pull out

put tomato sauce on with brush onto dough
add sausage,hamburger, mushroom, onions. add small amount tomato sauce add shredded cheddar cheese

bake 10 more minutes or until crust is brown
cut with pizza cutter, into eight sections

let cool ten minutes


Serving Size: 8 slices one slice serving

    It is awesome, and you can add any topping. I suggest after slicing it, though let it sit for 10 minutes or so this helps the crust to harden up. when i ate left overs it was hard and really good.
