    .75 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .25 tsp Cloves, ground
    .25 tsp ground mace (by SHIRHPP)
    .5 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    4 tbsp Horizon Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
    8 tbsp Olivado Avacado Oil
    12 tbsp Flaxseed (Spectrum) Organic Ground

Tips

Spray muffin pan with coconut oil spray if desired.


Directions

Combine all wet ingredients and mix. Combine all dry ingredients and mix. Combine dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix with a wire wish. Pour into silicon muffin pan and cook in 325 deg oven for 18-22 minutes.
