Ingredients

    4 oz Pork Chops - Pork Loin Boneless Center Cut Butterfly (WalMart) 1 full butterfly chop
    1 cup, cubes Butternut Squash
    0.5 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato
    1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
    0.5 clove Garlic
    1 tsp Pink Himalayan sea salt
    1 Serving(s) Olive oil cooking spray

Directions

Spray crockpot with olive oil cooking spray. Peel a 1/4 of a butternut squash and a 1/2 of of a sweet potato then chop into 1 inch pieces, then place in the bottom of crockpot. Place pork chop on top. Mix preserves with chopped garlic and onions. Pour over the pork chop. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours Serving Size: 1
