Ingredients

    12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh
    1 cup, whole Mushrooms, fresh
    1 large Onions, raw
    112 gram(s) Kirkland Mexican Blend Cheese

Directions

Dice mushrooms and onions and sauté with choice of seasoning add spinach to wilt it. Beat eggs (add milk if preferred). Pour eggs onto vegetables and stir. When almost cooked add in cheese and mix in pan to melt.
