1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Beat egg w/water, mix dry ingredients. Dip rounds of eggplant in egg then dry. Place on cooking tracks on cookie sheets. Bake @ 400° 15 mini, flip, bake 7 mini more.
