Introduction

This is a dip or spread that can be used on baked potatoes or sandwiches. This is a dip or spread that can be used on baked potatoes or sandwiches.

Ingredients

    1 cup Fage full fat Greek yogurt
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    4 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives
    1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt

Tips

We use this on baked white and sweet potatoes in place of butter and as a spread on whole grain bread for sandwiches. Also like to dip grilled shrimp into it as well as baked fish.


Directions

Mince garlic and mix with the Kosher salt and a knife (or fork) to create a paste.

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate at least one hour to combine flavors.

Use as a low calorie high protein sandwich spread in place of mayonnaise or as a topping for baked potatoes (white or sweet). Can also be used for anything you think might taste good spread with it or dipped in it.

Serving Size: 8 servings of 2 tablespoons each
