Ingredients

    2 cup (1 serving) Kellogg's All-Bran Buds Cereal
    1.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
    .25 tsp Salt
    1 tbsp Baking Powder
    1.25 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil

Directions

1. Stir together flour, salt, & baking powder. Set aside.
2. in large mixing bowl, combine cereal and milk. Let stand for about 5 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg and oil. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into 24 1-in muffin-pan cups coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 mins or until lightly browned. Serve warm. Top with honey for an added treat!
