Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil garlic infused- tesco (by TMKBOSS)
10 gram(s) nuttelex (by JAKADAM)
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1.5 tsp Chicken Stock Powder (by CD1638981)
0.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 serving spring onions-1 medium (15g)
5 tsp Garlic, minced, jar, great value, 1 tsp/1 clove (by LINLU00)
20 clove Garlic
1 tbsp 100% Pure Rice Bran Oil (by KIWIKANER)
Tips
Use a measuring cup to serve, it gives you a correct amount and shapes the rice for the garnish
Directions
Slice 5 cloves and gently fry in 1/2 cup of rice bran oil until tanned. Remove then fry the 10 cloves or one bulb of chopped garlic in the oil until tanned. Sieve out the garlic, place separate from the sliced garlic (garnish).
Put the oil aside for other recipes put one tablespoon of garlic-infused oil in a wok. Put the wok on the stove on medium heat.
Beat the eggs for a minute and pour into the wok, turn in on themselves but don't cook completely you want some run in the eggs.
Put in four cups of rice mix in the eggs, gently mix the rice and egg together, while doing that add the chopped spring onion.
After a minute or two put the Chicken powder, salt and soy sauce, continue mixing gently. Add the fried chopped garlic. Mix through until heat all the way. Serve a cup of the rice and place some garlic slices on the top as a garnish.
