    15 grams Coconut Flour-Bob's Red Mill-15g/2 Tbsp
    .12 cup Friendly Farms Vitamin D Milk
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .12 tsp Baking Soda

Tips

Do this or don't. It's s'posed to be a low carb option for breakfast bread or sandwich buffer, but it could be the worst thing you ever put in your mouth. Results(and tastes) may vary.


Directions

Grease a 3.5" ramekin.
Mix the ingredients, pour into ramekin and micro for 90 seconds on high. Good luck.
