Introduction

A great way to get rid of leftovers...especially spaghetti noodles. I made it with sausage this time, but it basically works with all types of meat. Thanks go out to my little sister for coming up with this idea one hot, summer day. (she'd hate all the veggies though) A great way to get rid of leftovers...especially spaghetti noodles. Ingredients

1/4 cup bell chopped bell pepper
2 medium mushrooms (either sliced or chopped)
1 package of Green Giant Healthy Weight frozen vegetables
1 precooked (and cold) Jennie O Spicy Italian Sausage
2 cup precooked spaghetti noodles (works best if they're leftovers from the night before)
1/4 cup Bangkok Padang peanut sauce
2 tbsp. Szechuan spicy stir fry sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

1) Chop sausage into slices.

2) Place sausage and veggies (including Green Giant ones) into a saute pan and warm until vegetables are hot (since the sausage has been pre-cooked, it should warm nicely)

3)Whle meat and veggies are warming, place noodles, stir fry sauce, peanut sauce, and garlic in large saute pan together. Add water to loosen noodles/prevent sticking in necessary. Place on medium heat, and stir to prevent sticking.

4) When the sausage and vegetables are hot/crisp enough to your liking, add them to the pan of noodles.

5) Stir together and heat for another 5 to 10 min.

6) Let cool, and serve.

(makes approx. 7, 1/2 cup servings)
