    3 C packaged cole slaw
    1 medium sized apple shredded
    2 green onions

    Dressing:
    1/4 C Calorie-wise Miracle Whip
    1/4 C Low-fat sour cream
    1/2 tsp of sugar
    1 TBSP white vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
