Ingredients

    2 cans Black Beans
    2 cans Pinto Beans
    3 cans Diced Tomatoes
    1 can diced Jalapeno Peppers
    2 cup Corn (frozen)
    1-10oz bag of seasoning mix (frozen diced onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic, and parsley)
    2 cup Vegetable Broth
    1 packet Fajita Seasoning Mix
    1 packet taco Seasoning mix
    garlic powder, paprika, onion powder to taste.

Directions

Drain and rinse black beans then add everything into your crockpot on low for a few hours. Serve with shredded cheddar, guac, sour cream, pico, and tortilla strips
