Ingredients

    1.0 cup Spinach, fresh
    0.5 cup dole frozen pineapple
    0.5 cup members mark frozen blueberries
    0.5 cup members mark frozen strawberries
    0.5 cup private selection mango chunks
    1.0 serving Hass Avocado Fresh (1/2 of Avocado)
    2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2.0 tsp Metamucil Orange - Sugar Free
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    1.0 tsp Ginger, ground
    1.0 tsp Turmeric, ground

Directions

Using a blender or nutribullet, add all ingredients, one by one. If using a blender, add the spinach and avocado with a cup of water first and blend until smooth. Then gradually add the other ingredients with extra water as needed.
