Ingredients

    1.0 large Onions, raw
    3.0 tbsp Molasses
    48.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2.25 cup Del Monte 100% Juice Crushed Pineapple In Its Own Juice [1 serving = 1/2 cup (122g)]
    3.0 tsp Stubb's liquid smoke
    1.0 tbsp white wine vinegar
    4.0 tbsp Winco soy sauce less sodium
    10.0 tbsp kirkland organic tomato paste
    3.0 tbsp Spicy Garlic Seasoning
    3.0 tbsp Stir Fry Seasoning

Directions

Chop and saute onions. Mix all sauce ingredients including cooked onion in crock pot and add chicken. Cook on low for 3-4 hours, shred and place back in pot on warm for 30 minutes. Serve. Serving Size: 5 oz.
