Ingredients

    16 oz Ground beef, lean
    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup Tomato Sauce
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 serving Aldi's Millville Quick Oats 1/2 cup dry
    1.5 tsp Sage, ground
    2 tsp Parsley, dried
    .5 cup Catsup
    .25 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    1.5 tsp dried mustard

Directions

Combine beef , turkey, eggs, tomato sauce, onions, pepper, uncooked oats, sage and parsley. Put in loaf or flat baking dish. Mix catsup, brown sugar and mustard. Put this sauce on top of the loaf. Bake for 350 for 1 hour in the loaf pan. Cook for 30 to 45 minutes in the flat pan. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving.

Serving Size: makes eight servings of approximately 4 to 6 ounces
