Ingredients

    150g Spaghetti
    1 cup of broccoli
    1 tbsp Olive oil
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 can of chopped tomatoes
    2.5 tsp flour
    2.5 tsp butter
    300ml milk
    100g mature cheddar
    1/2 can tuna

Directions

Heat the oil, fry the onion until golden, stir in the tomatoes and simmer for 10 mins.
Melt the butter slowly in a pan, add the flour and stir until a paste forms, add the milk gradually stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
Cook the spaghetti 8 mins, then add broccoli and cook for a further 4mins.
Add most of cheese to white sauce then add the tuna.
Drain pasta and broccoli, mix with the cheese sauce, spoon half in the dish, spoon tomato sauce over pasta then add rest of pasta, sprinkle with leftover grated cheese, grill for 8-10 mins until golden
