Ingredients

16 oz *93% Lean ground beef
2 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato
3 tbsp Chosen Foods Avocado Oil
.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
3 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving)
.5 cup, packed Raisins
1 tsp Salt
.5 tsp Pepper, black
1 tsp Chili powder
.5 tsp Cumin (ground) (by IVORYGRL1)
.5 tsp Paprika
.12 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
1 tsp ground tumeric (by INSPIREDBYCHJ)
.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Tips
Serve with egg and avocado
Directions
Heat avocado oil in cast iron skillet. Add ground beef and cook, breaking up, until fully cooked and crumbly. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
Add garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute, add onion, and cook for another minute. Add sweet potatoes and pepper, saute for a couple of minutes until peppers are tender.
Add the ground beef back to the skillet and add the raisins and spices. Add vinegar and stir well. Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring every few minutes until sweet potatoes are fork-tender.
Serve with eggs and avocado
