Ingredients

    16 oz Beaf Lean Stew Meat (Cooked)
    .5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    1 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw
    1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    298 grams Soup, chili beef, canned, condensed, commercial
    3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1)
    1 dash Pepper, black

Directions

spray crock pot with cooking spray. spread beef in bottom of pot. add flour and mix with beef to cover well. add all other ingredients and seasonings to taste.
Cook on High for approximately 3 hours or until all meat and vegetables are done.
