Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh
    3 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tbsp. Parsley, dried
    1 tsp Sage, ground
    1/2 tsp Turmeric
    .25 tsp Rosemary, dried
    1 tsp Thyme, ground
    .75 tsp Garlic powder
    0.25 tsp Morton Himalayan Pink Salt

Tips

All ingredients other than Cabbage and Olive Oil are optional


Directions

-Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
-Line Baking Sheet with Olive oil covered Parchment paper
-Cut Cabbage into 4-1.5 inch slices- Cut off bottom core and then
hold cabbage with bottom side down. Then trim 2 sides to square. Then slice cabbage steaks about 11.5 inches wide, giving you qty 4.
-Cover Cabbage steals with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
--Combine sage ,garlic powder,sage,parsley,turmeric,thyme,rosemary and
salt(optional) in a small bowl.
-Sprinkle Cabbage slices with seasoning blend.
-Heat the remaining olive oil in a large skillet on medium high heat.
-Cook Cabbage slices lightly for about 4 minutes, turning
slices halfway until slices are golden brown.
-Place Cabbage slices in a single layer on the prepared baking
sheet.
Cover with second layer of parchment paper and then a layer of
foil paper.
-Roast in oven for 35 minutes covered until cabbage steaks are tender when you insert a fork. You can uncover and roast for an additional 5 minutes. Serve immediately while hot.
-Enjoy
