Ingredients

    0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1.0 tbsp Coconut Oil
    0.25 tsp Baking Powder
    6.0 tsp Splenda
    0.33 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    2.2 oz Thai Kitchen Light Coconut Milk
    2.0 tbsp Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in small bowl. Mix coconut milk and oil in the mug and warm 10 to 30 seconds until oil is fully melted. Mix in vanilla extract and gradually add in dry ingredients until mixed full. Microwave 60 to 80 seconds and let sit in the microwave for 1 minute. Serving Size: 1 mug
