Introduction

Ingredients

    5 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh
    1 cup, grated Carrots, raw
    2 green onions chapped finely
    2 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value)
    .25 tsp Salt
    .25 cup Cider Vinegar
    1 tbsp Agave Syrup
    pinch of celery seed if desired


Tips

This salad keeps well for several days


Directions

Shred cabbage and carrots. Mix with green onions. Blend mustard salt cider vinegar well and mix with the veggies. Let set about 30 minutes to marinate more thoroughly.
