Ingredients

    2 10-oz packages frozen spinach
2 6-oz packages Monterey cheese, shredded
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 C milk
    1 C flour
    3 large eggs
5 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted

Directions

Thaw and drain frozen spinach.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix everything but spinach and cheese together in a large bowl. Once mixed, add cheese and spinach and stir until evenly distributed.

Pour melted butter/margarine into square baking pan (I use a 9x9) and then spread spinach mixture over the top.

Bake for 35 minutes. Cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares.
