Introduction

Ingredients

2 10-oz packages frozen spinach
2 6-oz packages Monterey cheese, shredded
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 C milk
1 C flour
3 large eggs
5 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
Directions
Thaw and drain frozen spinach.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix everything but spinach and cheese together in a large bowl. Once mixed, add cheese and spinach and stir until evenly distributed.
Pour melted butter/margarine into square baking pan (I use a 9x9) and then spread spinach mixture over the top.
Bake for 35 minutes. Cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares.
