Ingredients

    6.0 serving Whole Chicken (1 lb)
    2.0 cup White onion- rough chopped
    256.0 gram Zuchinni, fresh, raw
    2.0 cup yellow squash
    5.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    4.0 tsp Himalayan salt
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black
    0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
    0.5 tsp Onion powder
    0.5 tsp Paprika
    1.0 tsp Garlic powder
    1.0 tsp Thyme, ground

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl. Rub on all sides of the chicken and place chicken in the cold slow cooker. 2. Chop veggies and place in the slow cooker around the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 3. Place lid on slow cooker and set to low temp. Cook for 6-8 hours, depending on the size of your chicken. I used a 6 lb chicken and cooked it for 7 hours.
