Ingredients

1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw
1 tsp Saffron
794 grams Crushed Tomatoes
1 serving Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp. (by GABIRUSZCZAK)
2 clove Garlic
0.2 cup Tomato Paste
4 tsp mixed herbs (dried) (by TABSNPICKLES)
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 serving Barilla - Ditalini Pasta (2 oz. serving)
1 TBS dried bread crumbs to top each serving.
Tips
you can blend the sauce once cooked to make it creamy or leave it chunky
Directions
1. finely chop cauliflower,
2. heat up olive oil in a pan, add the cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
3. add the garlic and crushed pepper flakes, cook for 3 minutes
4. add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, 1/4 cup of water, and another cup of hot water with steeped saffron.
5. bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
6. once pasta is cooked add to the cauliflower.
7. plate and sprinkle dried breadcrumbs on each serving.
