Ingredients

    2 pouches STARKIST Microwave Latin Citrus
    1 pouch Quinoa & Brown Rice (Seeds of Change)
    2 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1/2 cup Good & Gather Reduced Fat Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 Empty all pouches into saucepan, add a half cup water, and simmer about 10 minutes to mix well. Cut peppers in half - top to bottom. Remove stems, clean inside. Put mixture inside pepper halves, place in a baking dish. Split cheese evenly to cover each pepper half. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees, for 30 minutes. Remove foil, cook another 10 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 4 half peppers
