Ingredients

16 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 tbsp Cider Vinegar
1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
    .375 tsp table salt

Tips

I found this so delightful to make and eat that I will not choose to eat commercially prepared.

Directions

Add eggs, vinegar, salt, mustard and oil into a high sided container or wide-mouth jar. Insert stick blender & start zipping it up. Move immersion blender up as mayo forms at the bottom. Mayo is ready once all of the oil has been incorporated. It should take about 30-45 seconds!
