Ingredients

    1 1tsp Sesame Oil
    3 clove Garlic
    1 tsp Ginger Root
    0.25 block Tofu, firm
    14 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP
    1 serving Vegetables, Frozen, Stir Fry Vegetable Blend, Kirkland, 1cup
    0.75 cup Cauliflower Rice - Costco
    1 cup dandelion greens
    1 Tbsp San-J Tamari Lite Gluten Free Low Sodium Soy Sauce (by LUNARULES)

Tips

Note: if you add pepper flakes or chili powder, Squeeze lime on top.
Also rice noodles go well.


Directions

Drain tofu.. slice
Brown tofu with avocado oil.
Set browned tofu aside on paper towel
In same pan add a little more oil
Put in Cauliflower Rice and Stir fry veggies for about 15 minutes
Then cut up Dandelion greens whiles veggies are in pan
Then put dandelion greens in the pan with veggies.. Cook until dandelion greens,are wilted..
In mean time cut up garlic,ginger add tamari a little water.. and whisk
Pepper corns ,salt and pepper optional..
There is salt already in the tamari..
Add tofu to the pan with veggies and Dandelion greens and the whisked mixture (garlic,ginger,tamari & water) mix well
and serve
