Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tsp Curry powder
    1 clove Garlic
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    4 large Egg white, fresh
    1 Tablespoon Friendly Farms Greek Traditional Plain Whole Milk Yogurt
    2 serving Butterball Turkey Bacon (1 slice)

Directions

1. Beat the eggs, garlic, curry and yogurt, pour into the skillet,
and scramble until the eggs are set.
2. Crumble bacon over the top.

If you have time, finely chop and saute the garlic in the pan. Then add the beaten egg mixture.

You can also add onions, spinach etc for added flavor.
