Ingredients

3 Cups Spicey Hot V8 Juice
3 Stalks celery, cut in chunks
1 Cup chopped onion
1 Cup chopped cucumber
1 Cup chopped green bell pepper
1 Cup chopped red bell pepper
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 Tsp salt
2 Medium tomatoes, chopped finely
3 Tbsp. chopped chives or green onion tops
Directions
Measure V8 into a glass or plastic bowl that has a cover. Place celery, onion, cucumber, and bell peppers into a food processor and pulse until they are in small pieces. Pour into bowl with the V8 juice. Add salt, lime juice, tomatoes, and chives (or green onion tops). Cover bowl and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight to blend flavors.
