Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    50 gram Dates, Hadley Pitted Deglet Noor (5 Dates/1.4oz/40gm
    .5 cup, chopped Pecans
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    3 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened

Tips

Feel free to trade out the nuts, add oats or other spices!


Directions

1. Soak dates in warm water for 10min
2. Chop dates in food processor then add pecans, vanilla and cinnamon and continue to blend into a paste.
3. Form 6 balls and roll in the shredded coconut.
4. Keep refrigerated.
