Ingredients

    Cut 4 bagels THOMAS CINNAMON RAISIN BAGELS into 1inch pieces. Set aside.

    Cut the seed out of 138 grams of Bv fresh medjool dates and chop into coarse pieces. Add to bread.

    In saucepan, add 1/2 cup (35 gram(s)) Great Value, Instant Nonfat Dry Milk (dry) and 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap.
    Also add 0.5 tbsp Butter, unsalted and heat to scalding, but don’t boil the milk. Remove from heat, and add the dry ingredients:
    15 tsp Splenda (1/3 cup)
    15 tsp coconut sugar, Madhavaâ„¢ Organic (1 t) (1/3 cup)
    0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.25 tsp Cloves, ground
    0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    0.25 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    Combine well.
    In separate bowl, mix well 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw and add to milk and spice mix.
    Add 2 serving Mott's Healthy Harvest Granny Smith Applesauce and stir well.

    Put liquids together and stir well. Add bread and dates to pan. Stir to coat bread.

    Spray casserole 7x10 inches with Pam, then fill it with mix. Sprinkle 2 ounces is sliced almonds on top halfway through cooking.

Directions

Cook in 350 F preheated oven for 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serving Size: Makes 8 servings 2 inches square
