Ingredients

    1 pkg neufchatel cheese softened
    1 whole egg whipped
    1/2 cup of 5 minute fudge mix (which is equivelant to 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips

Directions

Mix ingredients well. place in a non stick cupcake pan (you can use a regular sized or mini one) Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until cheese is brown and center is set.

    Very Good
    I didn't have chocolate chips around the house, so I used blueberries and they came out great, though I think next time I'll add a half tsp of vanilla. Definitely will be a next time. - 7/23/09
