Ingredients

    1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    16.0 tbsp Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread
    8.0 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava" Organic (1 t)
    2.0 tbsp Milk, 3.25%
    4.0 tbsp gluten-free flour
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder
    1.0 tsp Baking Soda
    0.25 tsp Salt
    1.0 cup, chopped Pecans

Directions

Mix wet ingredients, add sugar, then mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt in a separate bowl. Then add mixture to wet ingredients, store in nuts, spoon into lined muffin tins. Bake in oven at 350 degrees F.
