Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3 sliced Zucchini
    1 medium whole Red Ripe Tomato Sliced
    1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tsp Thyme, fresh or dried
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar or Sub
    3 squirts Olive Oil Pam (0.5g = 0.6sec spray) or 10 squirt bottle sprays

Directions

Slice both zucchini & tomato into half moon slices. Dice the onion. Add everything to a skillet a saute till it's soft or tender crisp. Whatever your taste preference.

Serving Size: 1/2 the pan
