Introduction
Great way to have home made preserves, sugarless (not sugar-free). You can always warm up your individual serving and add 1 teaspoon sugar or your choice of artificial sweetener. This way you give everyone a choice. Not everyone likes artificial sweeteners. You can also try your tablespoon (1 serving) with 1 teaspoon or honey or maple syrup. Please note: these calories and the sugar added have to be counted separately. Great way to have home made preserves, sugarless (not sugar-free).
