Ingredients

900 grams Ground beef
3 cup Spaghetti Sauce - Classico Spicy Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
750 grams Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat
8 oz Tinkayada Brown Rice Lasagna Noodles (by TGARSNETT)
2 serving 1 tsp Parsley Flakes (by BUDDY_LOVE)
450 grams Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
.5 Gram(s) CattleBoyz Big Country Garlic Seasoning (by CHIRUKEN)
Directions
Step one: Fry ground beef in coconut oil, once cook add Big country garlic and pasta sauce. Let simmer.
Step two: Grate the cheese.
Step three: Boil the lasagna noodles for 10-12 minutes. Strain and rinse in cold water.
Step four: Measure out the parsley flakes into the cottage cheese tub and mix.
Step five: Layer lasagna dish with noodles-meat sauce-cottage cheese, repeat noodles-meat sauce- mozza cheese.
Step six: Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, then cut into 12 equal portions.
