Ingredients

    0.25 tsp Pepper, black
    2 clove Garlic
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 cup Herb, Parsley, Fresh
    0.25 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt
    4 cup, cubes Sweet potato

Directions

Pre heat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 inch Pyrex baking dish. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes to measure 4 cups total. Peel and mince the garlic. Wash and chop the parsley. In large bowl, combine all ingredients including the Olive Oil. Mix well to coat. Pour the sweet potato mix into the baking dish and place uncovered in oven at 375 degrees for 25-35 minutes until Golden brown and soft.

Serving Size: Makes 4 large side dish servings
