Ingredients

8 serving Jennie-O Mild Turkey Breakfast Sausage Lean, 2 0z
4 serving Quaker Grits 1/4 c uncooked (Quick 5 min)
1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese (or non fat cheese)
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Tips
Using Egg substitute and Non Fat Cheese reduces calories.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Cook 1 lb sausage in a skillet and drain excess fat. Set aside cooked sausage
Cook 1 cup grits in a separate pot following directions on box.
Scramble 3 large eggs in a bowl. (you can add up to 3 more eggs if you want a more quiche like texture)
Measure I cup cheese (could use 2% or non fat cheese)
Mix all the above ingredients together and pour into a 14x9 baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes until center is firm
