Ingredients

    7 ounce container of Fage full-fat Greek Yogurt
    1/4 cup regular mayonnaise
    1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
    1 clove garlic (mashed with the salt)
    1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
    1 teaspoon Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (mixed into a paste with the mashed garlic)
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    3 ounces crumbled blue cheese (from a chunk)

Tips

The recipe calls for 8 servings of 4 tablespoons each but 1 or 2 tablespoons is sufficient for many people on a small side salad.


Directions

Whisk all ingredients together and let stand in refrigerator at least 3 to 4 hours to meld flavors.
