Ingredients

    2 baked chicken thighs, diced
    2 cups cooked brown rice
    2 cloves garlic
    2 onions
    1 cup chopped carrots
    half cup diced celery
    5 cups Chicken Broth or Bouillon
    Spices as desired

Tips

This uses rice and chicken thighs that are cooked beforehand so this is a quick prep.


Directions

Cut up all vegetables and simmer in broth until tender. Add cooked rice and chicken thighs, season, simmer until heated through.
