Ingredients

    2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    8 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
    2.5 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh
    1 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Plums
    6 medium (3/4" to 1" dia) Radishes
    1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Tips

Add whatever veggies or fruit you have in the fridge You can also add some orange juice if cooking on stove. Garlic is also good in this.


Directions

Cut chicken into cubes and stirfry in oil sprayed pan add soysauce (optional). Add harder veggies first and cook lightly. Add the rest of the veggies going towards the softer one until all are lightly cooked. Add the fruit last. Simmer until your prefered doneness. I like mine crunchy. Serve as-is or over rice. I like to cook it in a grill basket weather permitting.
